AssalamuAlaikum to all my reader.
Today i like to write about ''BIOELECTRONIC''..
Inroduction bioelectronic with Dr Azran on tuesday..He give us a talk about it. If you heard about it, of course it has relation with biology plus electronic.It has along time i never heard about biology after i finish my study at matriculation.Actually i love biology because it is about ourself.
Dr Azran had been japan for 5 years and he take degree,master and phd there. i glad to see him.
Of course he can talk in japanese right??
Okey, Lets start,,
Firstly, Dr Azran briefing about electric component which is about resistor clour code,AD and DC,
Impedence,series and parallel circuit,voltage divider,RC circuit(low-pass and high pass),active element realization.

we also had answer some problem about parallel and series circuit.it has derivation trigonometric function.It will easy if you master in your maths.
There was also estimation method that we have to analyze in order to get it function, that is Doppler Signal Discriminator.

Dr Azran show us about probe design n explained to us about molecular biology.Actually it's about cell staining,,it's quit interesting for those love in biology and do some research of it.


Dr Azran also show to us short video about the Mystery DNA.There a lot of mystery of DNA that did not revel by scientist yet.
 We can do test DNA to know how our real parent by matching the DNA.
Dr Azran also introduced to a winner of Noble Prize in Medicine in 2012.Shinya Yamanaka is a japanese physician and researcher a adult stem cell.He serve as the director of Center of iPS Cell Research and Appplication and a professor at the institute for Frintier Medical.

 Sonication treatment to completely decellularize blood artery was explained by Dr Azran.
The aim of the study is to investigate the sonication decellularization efficiency and its relation with ultrasonic power output and dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration in different detergent solution. In the study, we used aorta samples to evaluate sonication decellularization efficiency, which assessed treatment duration, sonication power and SDS detergent with/without saline. The treated samples were evaluated histologically by Hematoxyli.
