Visit to Canon

Assalamualaikum to all my reader.today i would like to tell about our visit to canon opto(malaysia) sdn bhd.around 8 a.m we are our journey to go the canon industry.it take about 1 hour and 30 minute.The building is so big and nice. You can see the picture below..
Canon building
It is my first time to have an experience to visit the industry.After we reach the there, we a take a photo of all our member and also our lecture. it's great to be there with all my friend.Next, we went into the building and go to a hall.There a staff give us a briefing about our schedule and tour.
En Ayub is one of the staff canon gave us an explanation about the company profile there is a basic facts, COM throughout the years, products and CSR activities.
In our tour first place that we visit is water treatment plant.As full fill to factory demand.underground water was extract.There 40% depend of the government water supply can be reduced.The water waste produced was treated and reuse to polish lens.
Then we go to waste minimisation centre to reduce water waste by distiller machine, siliron and coolant.After that,we go to new recycle waste yard / bin centre which is consist a food waste and fertilizer.In front of the bin centre it have a tube well treatment plant as function to produce water from the ground.

He said to us the enemy for camera and lens is dust so, when you go into a production section we must wear proper attire.As we go to the production section there have a lot of parts.Each part consist of ten staff to produce one product of canon which is camera or lens.
In the production section,canon have 1100 staff involved. The staff comprises Indonesia,Thailand,Myanmar and more.
He told that the average of production one type of camera around 4900 pieces.Besides other company which produce a camera cannot challenge the barrel of camera that made of canon company which gave high focusing and sharpness on the image.There also part to check or repairing the camera or lens that produce to make sure that the product receive by customer is in the good condition and functioning well.
After finish our tour in production section, so our tour is end.We are gather in the hall back.The staff want a volunteer to give a speech about our tour and also our lecture too.Next, we are exchange souvenirs between Canon company and MJIIT for marks that we go to the canon industry.Then, we got our lunch before we go back to the college.
